In A Range Of Paddling Activities.
Being active outdoors is good for our health and general wellbeing.
It improves our sense of self-worth and our resilience as we face life’s challenges.
How it all started . . .
An exciting collaboration between PSA and British Canoeing has led to the launch of the #ShePaddles movement here in South Australia
Our Story
We seek to educate women and girls so that they learn new skills and to support their overall participation on the water.
We aim to eliminate those unseen barriers which prevent women from stepping forward to come and try paddling.
This movement is endorsed and actively supported by Paddle South Australia, the umbrella organisation for paddling in South Australia.
